Raised in Aiken, SC, I have lived in North Myrtle Beach for most of the last 20 years. My real estate career began in Woodbridge, VA with C.D. Hylton Ent. where I progressed from sales to sales manager, then Broker-in-Charge with additional duties including closing coordinator and advertising. In my last year there, the company closed over 1100 homes. Alongside my father, I founded Woodard Real Estate specializing in residential, commercial, land, and property management.
